Paquetville is a community located in Gloucester County, New Brunswick, Canada. It is found on the Acadian Peninsula, a beautiful area known for its strong French-speaking culture. Paquetville is at the meeting point of Route 340, Route 135, and Route 350.
Until recently, Paquetville was its own village. In 2023, it became part of a larger new town called Hautes-Terres. Even though it's part of a bigger town now, the name Paquetville is still used for the community.

History of Paquetville
Paquetville was started in 1873 by a religious leader named Monseigneur Paquet. He brought several people with him from Shippagan to create this new settlement.
On January 1, 2023, Paquetville joined with the village of Saint-Isidore. It also combined with parts of six other local areas. Together, they formed the new town of Hautes-Terres.
