Patrizio Sala (born June 16, 1955) is a former Italian football player. He played as a midfielder and later became a football manager.
Club Career Highlights

Patrizio Sala was born in Bellusco, Italy. He started his football journey with lower division clubs. His first team was Monza, where he played from 1973 to 1975.
He then moved to Torino in 1975. This was a very important time in his career. With Torino, he helped the team win the Serie A title in the 1975–76 season. Serie A is the top football league in Italy. He played for Torino until 1981.
After Torino, Sala played for several other well-known Italian clubs. These included Sampdoria (1981–82), Fiorentina (1982–84), Pisa (1983–84), Cesena (1984–88), and Parma (1987–89). He finished his playing career with Solbiatese in 1990.
Playing for Italy
Patrizio Sala also had the honor of playing for the Italy national football team. He made 8 appearances for his country between 1976 and 1980.
He was part of the Italian squad for the 1978 FIFA World Cup. This big tournament was held in Argentina. Under manager Enzo Bearzot, Italy finished in 4th place at the World Cup that year. Sala played in one game during the tournament.
