Becoming an Author

After finishing his studies, Paul Shipton moved to Istanbul, Turkey. He taught English there for one year. When he returned to the United Kingdom, he continued teaching English to people learning it as a new language.

Around this time, he published his very first book. It was called Zargon Zoo and came out in 1991. Four years later, he released another book, Bug Muldoon and the Garden of Fear. This was an important step in his writing career.
