María de la Paz Padilla Díaz (born September 25, 1969, in Cádiz, Spain) is a well-known Spanish comedian, actress, and television presenter. She is famous for her funny personality and her many roles on TV.

Before becoming a star, Paz worked as a helper in a hospital in Cádiz. Her big break came in 1989 when she appeared on a comedy show called Saque bola on a local TV channel in Andalusia. Later, in 1994, she joined the comedy show Genio y Figura on Antena 3, which helped her become even more recognized.

Paz continued to appear on various TV shows. In 1996, she helped host a special charity event called Inocente, Inocente, which means "Innocent, Innocent".

Between 1997 and 1999, she was a regular on the popular late-night show Crónicas marcianas on Telecinco. After that, she started hosting many different TV programs.

Since November 2009, Paz Padilla has been a main host of the popular talk show Sálvame on Telecinco. She usually hosts on Thursdays, Fridays, and during holidays.

In 2019, she also became a judge on the talent show Got Talent España, where she helps decide who has the best talent.

Besides her work as a presenter and comedian, Paz Padilla is also a talented actress. She has performed in plays with the theatre company El Terrat. She has also acted in movies like Raluy (1999), Marujas asesinas (2001), and Cobardes (2008). On television, she has starred in sitcoms such as ¡Ala... Dina!
