Perlavia is a small and peaceful place located in the beautiful region of Asturias, Spain. It's part of a larger area called Trubia, which is a parish (a type of local district) within the municipality of Oviedo. Oviedo is actually the capital city of Asturias. Perlavia is about 15 kilometers (about 9 miles) away from Oviedo.
