Perry Heights is a historic neighborhood located in the Oak Lawn area of Dallas, Texas. It is known for its many single-family homes. This makes it special in the busy uptown Dallas area.

The neighborhood was created in 1922 by E. Gordon Perry. He was a rich real estate investor and owned car dealerships. Perry Heights has a grid of streets, with homes and places to eat or visit nearby. Many of the houses were built a long time ago. About 69 homes are from the 1920s. Others were built in the 1930s, 1940s, 1950s, and later.

Perry Heights is surrounded by several streets. Hawthorne Avenue is to the northwest. Rawlins Street is on the northeast side. Wycliff Avenue is to the southeast, and Vandelia Street is on the southwest.
