Pescetarianism facts for kids
Pescetarianism means having a diet that includes seafood but not poultry or red meat. Vegetables, fruit, grains, nuts, beans, eggs and dairy are usually although are not always included.
The word "pescetarian" has been traced back to the early 1990s. People usually become pescetarians for reasons of health.
