Peter Chrisp has written lots of books that make history fun. Some of his well-known books include Blitzkrieg! and books like Ancient Egypt Revealed and Ancient Rome Revealed for Dorling Kindersley. He also wrote about "The Spanish Conquests of the New World." His books help young readers explore different times and places in history.
Beyond Writing: An Artist Too!
Besides being a writer, Peter Chrisp is also an artist! He has shown his funny cartoons and handmade postcards at the Brighton Festival. In 2014, he created pictures of the famous Magna Carta barons. These pictures were shown in a special exhibit at St Edmunsbury Cathedral. Families and schools really enjoyed seeing them.
