Peter grew up in Stockholm, Sweden. His father, Aleksander Wolodarski, was an architect and helped plan cities. He moved to Sweden from Poland in the late 1960s.

Peter Wolodarski started his career in journalism very young, at just twelve years old! He was a "cub reporter" on a Swedish TV show for kids called Barnjournalen (which means Children's Journal).

Later, Peter studied business at the Stockholm School of Economics. When he was 21, in 1999, he began writing for a newspaper called Expressen. He also started hosting TV shows on TV8 with a famous host named Åke Ortmark.
