Philip Rudolph Besler (born December 9, 1913 – died February 13, 1995) was a Canadian ice hockey player. He played as a right wing. Phil, as he was known, played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for a few years. He was part of teams like the Boston Bruins, Chicago Black Hawks, and Detroit Red Wings. Most of his hockey career was spent playing in smaller leagues. He was born in Melville, Saskatchewan, Canada.
