Philippe Gaumont (born 1973, died 2013) was a professional French cyclist. He was known for his strong performances in road races and track cycling. Philippe won a bronze medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics in the team time trial event. He also achieved a big win in a famous Belgian race called Gent–Wevelgem in 1997.
Philippe was a talented track cyclist too. He became the French national champion in individual pursuit cycling twice. This happened in the years 2000 and 2002. After a successful career, Philippe stopped professional cycling in 2004. He later opened a café in his hometown of Amiens, France.
