This makes it one of the highest peaks in Venezuela. Near its very top, you'll find the fifth and final station of the famous Mérida cable car. This cable car is now open again after some big renovations, ready to take visitors on an amazing journey.

What is Pico Espejo?

Pico Espejo gets its name, "Mirror Peak," because its snowy and icy slopes often reflect the sunlight, just like a mirror. It's part of the Sierra Nevada National Park (Venezuela), a beautiful protected area known for its tall mountains and unique wildlife. The peak is a popular spot for adventurers and tourists who want to experience the high Andes.

This impressive mountain is found in the western part of Venezuela. It's close to the city of Mérida, which is often called the "city of eternal snow" because of the nearby snowy peaks.
