The Pike Creek Hills are a small group of hills located in the state of Montana, United States. These hills are about 8.3 miles (13.4 km) west of a small community called Flatwillow. They stretch across two counties: Petroleum County and Fergus County.

The highest point in the Pike Creek Hills is an unnamed peak that reaches 4,032 feet (1,229 meters) above sea level. On either side of the hills, you'll find stream valleys. To the north is Pike Creek, and to the south is Flatwillow Creek. These valleys are lower, around 3,500 feet (1,067 meters) high. The eastern part of the Little Snowy Mountains is located about 12 miles (19 km) to the west of the Pike Creek Hills.
