Discovering Pioneer Acres
The Pioneer Acres Museum started in 1969. A group of farmers near Langdon had a great idea. They wanted to show off old farm equipment from the early 1900s. They officially formed a group in 1971. Since then, they've kept the tradition going with an annual show.
The museum moved to its current spot in 1983. It now covers 50 acres of land. There are more than 20 buildings to explore. Many dedicated volunteers help run the museum. They take care of the collections and help visitors.
