Plainview is a small community in Morgan County, Georgia, in the United States. It's located about three miles from the town of Madison.
Plainview's Story
Plainview has historically been a community focused on farming. It is home to the Plainview Baptist Church and its cemetery.
Two famous brothers, Benny Andrews and Raymond Andrews, were born in Plainview. Benny, born in 1930, became a well-known artist. Raymond, born in 1934, grew up to be a novelist, writing many stories.
