The Pocasset River is a river in the U.S. state of Rhode Island. It flows about 12.4 miles (20 kilometers). Along its path, there are five dams.

Where the River Flows

The Pocasset River starts in Johnston, between Brown Avenue and Belfield Drive. From there, it flows southeast. It passes through Johnston and Cranston. Finally, it reaches the border of Warwick and joins another river called the Pawtuxet River.
