Pol Montañés Enrich (born July 22, 1994), known as Pol Monen, is a Spanish actor. He became well-known for his role as Carlos in the movie Amar. For this film, he was nominated for a Goya Award, which is a very important film award in Spain. He also starred in the movie Who Would You Take to a Deserted Island?. In 2022, he played Bruno in the Netflix series The Girl in the Mirror.

Pol Montañés Enrich was born in Barcelona, Spain, on July 22, 1994.
He uses the stage name Pol Monen. His stage name "Monen" is a mix of his two family names, 'Montañés' and 'Enrich'. He had a small part in the 2004 film La Mala Educación when he was only 10 years old. He first appeared on TV in 2005 in the show El cor de la ciutat on TV3.
When he was 18, Pol moved to Madrid. There, he studied journalism. He also trained to be an actor with a famous teacher named Juan Carlos Corazza.
Pol Monen's Rise to Fame
Pol's main role as Carlos in the 2017 romantic movie Amar: With You Until the End of the World made him very popular. This role earned him a nomination for the Goya Award for Best New Actor at the 32nd Goya Awards. This is a big honor for a new actor in Spain.
In 2018, he joined the cast of the TV series La Reina del Sur (Season 2). This show was on Telemundo and Netflix.
He played Eze in the movie Who Would You Take to a Deserted Island? in 2019. He also had a main role in the TV series Campamento Albanta, which came out in 2020 on Atresplayer Premium.
