The Porsche Design Tower is a very special apartment building in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. It was designed by Sieger Suarez Architects and has the famous Porsche Design name. This tall building is 641 feet (195 m) high and has 60 floors. It is one of the tallest buildings in Sunny Isles Beach.
What makes this tower super unique is its amazing robotic parking system. It has 284 parking spots for 132 apartments. This means people can park two or even four cars right next to their apartment! The building also uses a lot of high-quality glass from a company called Continental Glass Systems.
Each apartment in the tower is very expensive, costing millions of dollars. Imagine this: drivers can ride up an elevator in their car! Their car is then placed into its own special "garage" right next to their apartment door. The tower has three special elevators just for cars. This amazing building cost about $560 million to build.
