Conroe ISD Schools

Students in the Conroe ISD part of Porter Heights attend San Jacinto Elementary School. They move on to Grangerland Intermediate School. Then they go to Moorhead Junior High School. For high school, they attend Caney Creek High School.

College Opportunities

Both the New Caney ISD and Conroe ISD areas are part of Lone Star College. This means students in Porter Heights can attend Lone Star College for higher education. It used to be called the North Harris Montgomery Community College District.
