Princess Antoinette, Baroness of Massy (born Antoinette Louise Alberte Suzanne Grimaldi; 1920–2011) was an important member of the princely family of Monaco. She was the older sister of Prince Rainier III. Her parents were Count Pierre de Polignac and Princess Charlotte, Duchess of Valentinois. Princess Antoinette was born in Paris, France. She had both French and Monegasque family roots.

Princess Antoinette's Children

Princess Antoinette had three children with Alexandre-Athenase Noghès. He was a lawyer and a tennis champion from Monaco. Their children were born before their parents were married. They were:

  • Elizabeth Ann de Massy (1947–2020)
  • Christian Louis de Massy (born 1949)
  • Christine Alix de Massy (1951–1989)

After their parents married, the children were officially recognized as legitimate. This meant they were included in the line of succession to the Monegasque Throne. However, when her brother, Prince Rainier III, passed away in 2005, Princess Antoinette and her children were no longer in the line of succession. This is because the rules changed to include only the current ruler's direct family.
