Prove It! was a super cool British TV show for kids that made learning about science really fun! It was all about testing out different scientific facts and seeing if they were true in real life. Imagine trying to prove if something amazing can actually happen – that's what this show did! It was presented by awesome people like Joe Challands and Jamie Rickers.

What is Prove It!?

This show was an entertainment program that focused on showing how scientific facts work. It often asked the question: "Can we really prove this claim?" Sometimes, the answer was yes, and sometimes it was a bit trickier! The show was usually shown on the CITV Channel. It ran for two series, with 26 episodes in total.

Fun Experiments and Challenges

Prove It! had some really exciting parts that viewers loved:

  • 60 Second Prove It!: In this segment, a presenter had to try and complete a task in just 60 seconds. The goal was to prove that the task was actually possible to do.
  • Fred's Shed: Fred Talbot would show viewers how to use simple things from around the house. He would turn them into fun and interesting science experiments.
  • U Prove It: This was a chance for viewers at home to get involved! People would send in videos of themselves showing off their own unusual or cool skills.

Who Made the Show?

Prove It! was a completely new idea created by a company called GeronimoTV. It was made together with STV Studios. At the time, STV Studios was known by a different name, "SMG Productions." The show first aired on January 5, 2005, and the last episode was shown on June 3, 2007.
