Soria is a province located in the middle of Spain. It's in the eastern part of a larger region called Castile and León. Much of Soria is covered by mountains from the Sistema Ibérico range.
This province shares its borders with several other provinces. To the north, it touches La Rioja. To the east, you'll find Zaragoza. South of Soria is Guadalajara, and to the west are Segovia and Burgos.
Soria is the province with the fewest people in all of Spain. It has about 9 people living in each square kilometer. This makes it one of the least crowded places in the entire European Union.
