Qotbabad (pronounced Kot-ba-bad) is a city located in Iran, a country in the Middle East. It is found in the Fars province, which is known for its long history. Qotbabad is important because it serves as the capital of the Kordian District. This district is part of Jahrom County. The city also helps manage the nearby countryside as the main center for the Qotbabad Rural District.
