Quambone is a small community, also called a locality, in New South Wales, Australia. It's part of the Coonamble Shire, which is a local area managed by a council. Quambone is located about 591 kilometres (367 mi) northwest of Sydney, the capital city of New South Wales. It's also 56 kilometres (35 mi) west of a larger town called Coonamble.

This little community is found where roads from Warren, Coonamble, and Carinda all come together. In 2011, a count of people called a census showed that Quambone and the areas around it had 247 residents.
