Quincy Taylor Brown (born June 4, 1991) is an American actor, dancer, model, and singer. He is known by his stage name, Quincy. He released his first song in 2012. Quincy has starred in the TV show Star and many movies. He is the son of former model Kim Porter and singer Al B. Sure!.

Quincy's Early Life
Quincy was named after his godfather, the famous music icon Quincy Jones. When Quincy was three, his mother, Kim Porter, started dating Sean "Diddy" Combs. Diddy became like a stepfather to Quincy and helped raise him.
Quincy has three younger siblings: a brother named Christian, and twin sisters named D'Lila and Jessie. For his 16th birthday, Diddy and Porter threw Quincy a big party. This party was even shown on MTV's My Super Sweet 16. Quincy lived in many places but spent most of his childhood in Columbus, Georgia. He finished high school in Los Angeles, California.

Quincy started his acting career in 2012. His first movie role was as Reggie in We the Party. Besides acting and singing, Quincy has also worked as a model and director.

In August 2012, Quincy walked the runway at a fashion event in Botswana. ..... In 2016, he had a role as Daylon in the TV show The Haves and the Have Nots. In February 2016, Quincy was part of a campaign for the sneaker brand Creative Recreation.
From 2016 to 2019, Quincy had a main role as Derek Jones in the TV series Star. In 2018, he starred with Kat Graham as Josh in the Netflix movie The Holiday Calendar.
In 2019, Quincy directed and starred in a short film called Run Loubi Run. This film was for the fashion brand Christian Louboutin. Also in 2019, he worked with the brand MCM Worldwide for their sleepwear collection. In 2020, he was part of a fashion campaign for Coach and Bape. He also became the first male celebrity spokesperson for Coach New York watches.
Quincy had a role in the TV drama Power Book III: Raising Kanan from 2021 to 2022. He played a character named Crown Camacho. In July 2021, Quincy was featured in a campaign for Ivy Park and Adidas. He also worked with Montblanc and Maison Kitsuné for their collection. Lacoste also used him to promote their L001 sneaker. Quincy has appeared in magazines like Vogue.com and Forbes.com.

In June 2015, Quincy directed his first music video. It was for singer Elle Winter's song No Words. On June 23, 2016, Quincy announced he had signed a record deal with Bad Boy/Epic Records.
On Valentine's Day in 2017, Quincy released his first music collection, called an E.P. It was titled "This Is For You". It included songs like Sunshine and I can tell you.
Business Ventures
Quincy is also a businessman. He started a production company called FourXample. He has his own watch line called Chalk by Quincy. He also has a jeans collection with Embellish. In 2019, Quincy created a picture editing app called Fresh Crop.
