Quinton Aaron (born August 15, 1984) is an American actor. He is most famous for playing Michael Oher in the 2009 movie The Blind Side. He also appeared in the film Be Kind Rewind.

Early Life and Beginnings
Aaron was born in The Bronx, New York City. After elementary school, he moved to Augusta, Georgia.
Acting Career Highlights
Aaron's first movie role was as a character named Q in the film Be Kind Rewind. In this movie, he acted alongside stars like Mos Def and Jack Black. He also appeared in a short film called Mr. Brooklyn.
Aaron has also appeared in TV shows. He was in two episodes of Law & Order and one episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
Starring in The Blind Side
His biggest role was playing Michael Oher in the movie The Blind Side. He acted with famous stars like Sandra Bullock and Tim McGraw. The movie was released on November 20, 2009.
The film was directed by John Lee Hancock. It was based on a book by Michael Lewis called The Blind Side: Evolution of a Game. This book tells the true story of Michael Oher. Oher became a successful American football player. He played for the Baltimore Ravens.
Aaron found out about the audition for The Blind Side online. He was chosen as a finalist and flew to Los Angeles for the final audition. He wasn't sure if he got the part. As he was leaving, he gave the director, John Lee Hancock, his card. He told Hancock that he also did security work and would be happy to help with the film if needed. Hancock said he would remember that.
Other TV Appearances and Music
After The Blind Side, Aaron continued to act in television. On March 24, 2010, he was a guest star with Jill Scott in an episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. He also appeared in an episode of Mercy on April 28, 2010. On April 4, 2011, Aaron guest-starred in the final episode of Harry's Law. In this episode, he worked again with his Blind Side co-star, Kathy Bates.
In 2010, Aaron played in the Taco Bell Legends and Celebrities Softball Game. This was part of the Major League Baseball All-Star Game. In 2015, he filmed a movie called Busy Day in New Mexico. In 2023, Quinton Aaron released his first song, "Lead with Love."
