Rafael de Faria Cortez (born October 25, 1976) is a famous Brazilian journalist, actor, and comedian. He is known for his funny performances and for hosting popular TV shows. Rafael has also worked as a musician and composer.

Early Life and Career

Rafael Cortez studied journalism at PUC-SP. He started his career as a reporter. From 2008 to 2012, he was a reporter for the TV show Custe o Que Custar. This show was very popular.

In 2011, Rafael released his own music CD. It was called "Elegia da Alma", which means "Elegy of the Soul". This showed his talent as a composer.

In 2013, Rafael Cortez became a TV host. He joined Rede Record to host Got Talent Brasil. This was the Brazilian version of the famous Got Talent show.
