Ralston is a small town in Pawnee County, Oklahoma, United States. The Pawnee name for Ralston is Iriíraatuhukaataku or reetuhruukaataku. It is located southeast of Ponca City on State Highway 18. The town sits near the west bank of the Arkansas River. In 2020, the population of Ralston was 266 people.

The Ralston Opera House is an important old building. It is located at 501-503 Main Street. It was built in 1902. The Opera House is on the second floor of the building. As of 2018, this historic building needs a lot of money and work to be fixed up.
