Ray played college basketball at the University of Arizona before becoming a professional athlete. Ray Owes played college basketball for the University of Arizona from 1991 to 1995. During his time there, he was a key player. In 1995, he was recognized as a first-team All-Pac-10 player. This honor meant he was one of the best players in his college conference.
Playing in the NBA
After college, Ray Owes joined the NBA, which is the top professional basketball league in North America. He played 51 games for the Golden State Warriors during the 1996-97 season. While with the Warriors, he averaged 3.1 points and 2.9 rebounds per game.
