Reino Ragnar Lehto (2 May 1898 in Turku – 13 July 1966 in Helsinki) served as the caretaker Prime Minister of Finland from 18 December 1963 to 12 September 1964. He then served as governor of Uusimaa province from 1964 until his death on 13 July 1966.
