Rex Barnett (born October 22, 1938) is an American politician. He also used to be a member of the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
He is a member of the Republican Party. He served in the Missouri House of Representatives for four terms. A "term" is a period of time someone holds an elected position. His terms were from 1995 to 2003.
