Reza Rahmani (Persian: رضا رحمانی) is an Iranian politician. He was born in 1966. Currently, he serves as the governor general of West Azerbaijan Province. He started this important role in December 2024. Before this, he was the Minister of Industry, Mines and Business for Iran.

Who is Reza Rahmani?
Reza Rahmani was born in the city of Tabriz, Iran. He has been involved in politics for many years. He has held several key positions in the Iranian government.
Early Political Career
Mr. Rahmani served as a member of the Islamic Consultative Assembly. This is Iran's parliament. He represented the areas of Tabriz, Osku, and Azarshahr. He was elected for three terms:
- The 7th term (starting in 2004)
- The 8th term (starting in 2008)
- The 9th term (starting in 2012)
In one election, he received over 125,000 votes. This showed strong support from the people he represented.
Role as Minister of Industry
