Richard Dutruel was born in Thonon-les-Bains, France. He played for several football clubs during his career.
Early Career and Loan
He started his professional journey with Paris Saint-Germain FC. Later, he was loaned to Stade Malherbe Caen. A loan means he played for Caen for a short time before returning to his main club.
Success in Spain
Dutruel had a very successful time playing for RC Celta de Vigo in Spain. While with Celta, he also played in the UEFA Cup. This is an important European football competition.
