Rincón de Valentín is a small village, also called a hamlet, located in the northwestern part of Uruguay. It's found in the Salto Department. The name Rincón de Valentín also refers to the larger local government area, or municipality, that this village is a part of.
Where is Rincón de Valentín?
This small village is located on Route 31. It's about 78 kilometers (about 48 miles) east-northeast of the city of Salto. The village is also just 1 kilometer (about half a mile) west of the Arroyo Valentín Grande. This arroyo (which means stream or small river) flows into the Río Arapey Grande.
