Riofrío (pronounced "ree-oh-FREE-oh") is a small town, also called a municipality, in Spain. It is located in the province of Ávila. This province is part of a larger area called Castile and León, which is one of Spain's many regions.
In 2004, a count of the people living there, called a census, showed that about 325 people lived in Riofrío. By 2018, the population had changed to 227 people.
