Rithvik Dhanjani (born November 5, 1988) is an Indian actor, dancer, and television host. He is famous for his work in Hindi TV shows and web series. He started his acting journey in 2009 with the show Bandini.
Rithvik became very popular for playing Arjun Kirloskar in the hit TV show Pavitra Rishta. He has also hosted many popular reality shows, including Super Dancer and India's Best Dramebaaz. He has won several awards for his acting and hosting skills.
Besides acting, Rithvik has shown his dancing talent by winning the reality show Nach Baliye 6. He also won the stunt-based show I Can Do That. His work in web series like Cartel has also been praised.

Early Life and Education
Rithvik Dhanjani was born in Mandsaur, a city in Madhya Pradesh, India. Soon after he was born, his family moved to Dubai. He grew up there with his younger sister, Heena.
He finished his schooling in Dubai. For higher education, he went to the City of London College in London. Even during his college days, Rithvik was interested in acting and hosting.
Before becoming a professional actor, he did theatre for over two years in Dubai. To follow his dream of acting, he moved to Mumbai. There, he took an acting course at the Kishore Namit Kapoor Institute to prepare for his career in television.
Career Journey
Starting Out (2009–2012)
Rithvik began his career in 2009 with a small role in the TV show Bandini. He then had supporting roles in shows like Bairi Piya and Tere Liye.
His first big role was in Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani from 2010 to 2011. He played Jay Khurana, a werewolf, which got him a lot of attention. In 2011, he also acted in his first movie, Jo Hum Chahein.
In 2012, Rithvik showed off his dancing skills on the reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5. He joined as a wild card entry and finished as the second runner-up.
Becoming a Star (2013-2019)
A major moment in Rithvik's career was his role as Arjun Kirloskar in the popular show Pavitra Rishta. He starred opposite actress Asha Negi, and their on-screen chemistry was loved by audiences. This role won him an Indian Telly Award.
In 2013, Rithvik started hosting shows, beginning with India's Best Dramebaaz. He became a very successful host, known for his energy and charm. He hosted several seasons of Yeh Hai Aashiqui, Super Dancer, and India's Next Superstars.

One of his most notable recent roles was in the 2021 web series Cartel. He played the character Abhay Angre, and his performance was highly praised by critics.
Rithvik has continued to host shows and act in new projects. In 2022, he starred in a short film called Arranged. He also hosted the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne. In 2024, he appeared in the second season of the web series Half Love Half Arranged.
Personal Life
Rithvik Dhanjani met actress Asha Negi on the set of their show Pavitra Rishta in 2011. They started dating and were in a relationship for seven years. The couple parted ways in May 2020.
