About Robbi Chong
Robbi Chong was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She is the second daughter of Maxine Sneed and Tommy Chong. Her father, Tommy Chong, is a well-known actor, comedian, director, and writer.
Robbi's parents come from different backgrounds. Her mother has both Black Canadian and Cherokee heritage. Her father has Scotch-Irish, French, and Chinese roots. Robbi's older sister, Rae Dawn Chong, is also an actress. Robbi also has three younger half-brothers and a half-sister from her father's second marriage.
Her Career Journey
Robbi Chong studied acting in Los Angeles, California, for two years. After her studies, she started working full-time in acting. She appeared often on stage and in television shows.
Before acting, Robbi was a successful international model. She joined the Click Modeling Agency when she was 19 years old. From 1983 to 1988, she modeled in Paris, France, and was featured on many magazine covers.
