Early Life and Education
Robert Beugré Mambé was born in Abiaté. This town is located in the Dabou Department of Ivory Coast. It is part of the Grands-Ponts Region and the Lagunes District.
Becoming an Engineer
Beugré Mambé trained to become a civil engineer. This means he learned how to design and build things like roads and bridges. He studied in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, at the École nationale supérieure des travaux publics. He also studied in Paris, France. There, he attended the Centre des hautes études de la construction and the École nationale des ponts et chaussées.
Political Career
After his studies, Robert Beugré Mambé took on important jobs. He became the head of Ivory Coast's Bureau central des études techniques. This office helps with technical studies for projects. Later, he was chosen to be the president of the country's electoral commission. This group helps manage elections.
Governor of Abidjan
