Roberto Augusto Ulloa (born March 1, 1924 – died December 8, 2020) was an important Argentine politician. He was also a captain in the Argentine Navy. Ulloa served as the Governor of Salta Province two times. His first term was from 1977 to 1983, and his second was from 1991 to 1995. He also started and led a political group called the Salta Renewal Party. This party was based in the Salta Province region.
