Rolandas Kazlas grew up in Molėtai, a town in Lithuania. He finished high school there in 1987. After high school, he decided to study acting. In 1991, he graduated from the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre. This is a special school where people learn to become actors and musicians.

After finishing his studies, Rolandas joined the Valstybinis Jaunimo Teatras (State Youth Theatre) in 1993. Today, he works as a director and actor. He performs at the Lithuanian National Drama Theatre and Meno Fortas. He is known for being a very thoughtful person.
