Rosalind Chanette Ross (born January 17, 1980 – died September 15, 2010) was a talented American basketball player. She was chosen by the Los Angeles Sparks in the WNBA draft. Rosalind was known for her skills on the court during her college years. She sadly passed away at a young age in 2010.

Basketball Career
Rosalind Ross was a fantastic player during her time at Milwaukee Technical High School. After high school, she continued to shine in college. She played for two years at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College, where she was named a Junior College All-American.
Later, she transferred to the University of Oklahoma to play for the Oklahoma Sooners. In 2002, even though she was recovering from knee surgery, the Los Angeles Sparks picked her in the first round of the WNBA draft. This was a big achievement! However, Rosalind never got to play a game in the WNBA. She was released by the Sparks in May 2003.

- She was part of the All-Big 12 Tournament team in 2001. This means she was one of the best players in the Big 12 conference tournament that year.
