Rosamund Agnes Greaves was born in 1914. She was the oldest of three sisters. Her mother was Wenefryde Agatha Greaves, who was the 10th Countess of Dysart. Her father was Major Owain Edward Whitehead Greaves.
Becoming a Countess
When Rosamund's mother passed away in 1975, Rosamund became the 11th Countess of Dysart. This meant she inherited the noble title and responsibilities that came with it.
Family and Succession
Rosamund Greaves never got married or had children. Because of this, when she passed away in December 2003, her younger sister, Lady Katherine, became the next Countess of Dysart. Lady Katherine also inherited another title, Lady Huntingtower.
