Roy Creek begins near a place called Bearhole Ditch. This spot is about 0.1 miles (0.16 km) north of Williamsville, Delaware. The creek then flows mostly towards the southeast. It eventually reaches and joins Assawoman Bay in a town called Keen-Wik, Delaware.
