Roy Harlie Edwards (May 27, 1954 – November 2, 2020) was an American politician from Wyoming. He served in the Wyoming House of Representatives, which is part of the state's government.

Roy Edwards was born in Gillette, Wyoming, on May 27, 1954. He grew up there and finished high school in 1972. He graduated from Campbell County High School.
Public Service and Career
Before becoming a state representative, Roy Edwards was a business owner. He owned the Edwards Title Company LLC.
He also served his local community in different roles:
