Ryan Henry's Junior Tennis Career
Ryan Henry had a very exciting year in 2002 when he was a junior player. He teamed up with his partner, Todd Reid, and they achieved great success.
Winning the Australian Open
In 2002, Ryan and Todd won the boys' doubles title at the 2002 Australian Open. This was a big win for them! They showed great teamwork on the court.
French Open and Wimbledon Highlights
After their success in Australia, Ryan and Todd also reached the finals of the 2002 French Open. They finished as runners-up, which is still a fantastic achievement.
Later that year, at Wimbledon, Ryan played a match that set a tournament record. He played against Clément Morel from France. Their match was interrupted by rain many times and lasted for three days! Ryan won the final set with a score of 26–24, showing incredible determination.
US Open Challenge
Ryan also played well in the singles semi-finals of the 2002 US Open. He faced Richard Gasquet but unfortunately lost the match. Even though he had three chances to win, he couldn't quite get there.

In 2003, Ryan Henry began his professional tennis career. He was given a special entry into the 2003 Australian Open.
Australian Open Singles and Doubles
In the singles part of the Australian Open, Ryan played against Julian Knowle in the first round. He played well but lost the match after four sets.
For the men's doubles, Ryan teamed up with his junior partner, Todd Reid, again. They had a great start, beating two German players, Karsten Braasch and Rainer Schüttler, in their first match. However, in their next match, they faced the top-ranked team of Mark Knowles and Daniel Nestor. Ryan and Todd played hard but couldn't get past the top seeds.

Ryan Henry reached two major junior doubles finals.
- 2002 Australian Open: Ryan and Todd Reid won the title.

Professional Doubles Title
Ryan Henry won one professional doubles title during his career.
- March 2005: He won the Australia F3 Futures tournament in Beaumaris. He teamed up with fellow Australian player Chris Guccione. They won against Alun Jones and Paul Logtens with a score of 7–5, 6–2.
