Ryan Henry had a very exciting year in 2002 as a junior tennis player. He achieved some great results in major tournaments.
Winning Junior Doubles Titles
In 2002, Ryan teamed up with another Australian player, Todd Reid. Together, they won the boys' doubles title at the 2002 Australian Open. This was a big win for them in their home country.
They also reached the finals of the 2002 French Open that same year. They finished as runners-up in this important clay-court tournament.
Memorable Wimbledon Match
At the 2002 Wimbledon Championships, Ryan played a match that set a new record. He faced Clément Morel from France. Their match lasted for three days because of many rain delays.
