Ryuichi Hirashige (平繁 龍一, Hirashige Ryuichi) is a former professional Japanese soccer player. He was born on June 15, 1988, in Higashihiroshima, Hiroshima, Japan. He played as a striker and finished his career playing for Thespakusatsu Gunma.

Ryuichi Hirashige's Youth Career

Ryuichi Hirashige started his soccer journey at a young age. He played for the youth team of Sanfrecce Hiroshima until 2006. This is where he developed his skills before becoming a professional player.

Playing for Japan's National Team

In July 2007, Ryuichi Hirashige was chosen to play for the Japan Under-20 national team. This team played in the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup. During this big tournament, he played in one match against the team from Nigeria.
