The Sabians are a group of people mentioned in the Quran, a holy book of Islam. They are considered a type of "monotheistic people of the Book". This means they believe in one God, similar to how Jews and Christians do.

Who Are the Sabians?

• The Elcesaites: This was an early Jewish-Christian group that existed a long time ago.
