Saddlebrooke is made up of different neighborhoods. Two main parts are SaddleBrooke One and SaddleBrooke Two. These areas are managed by groups called homeowner associations. SaddleBrooke Two includes a section called the Preserve subdivision. There's also a smaller neighborhood called Eagle Crest, where people of all ages can live.
This community is located just north of Oro Valley, Arizona, and close to the city of Tucson, Arizona. Saddlebrooke sits in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains. It is about 3,400 feet (1,036 meters) above sea level. This higher elevation helps keep the temperatures a bit cooler all year round compared to many other places in Arizona. The land here has gentle hills and changes in height.
