Saheb (which is also spelled Sahib) is a city located in Iran. It's a special place because it's the main city, or "capital," of the Ziviyeh District. This district is part of Saqqez County, which is in the Kurdistan province. Saheb also helps manage the area known as Saheb Rural District. Before Saheb, the city of Santeh used to be the capital of this district.
