Sahir Ali Bagga is a talented Pakistani singer, music director, and composer. He was born in Lahore, Pakistan. He creates music for films, which are sometimes called Lollywood movies. He also works with many other singers.
Sahir Ali Bagga has composed music for several Pakistani films. These include Zinda Bhaag (2013), Hijrat (2016), and Tamanna (2014). For Tamanna, he contributed two songs: "Koi Dil Mein" and "Chell Oi". He also composed music for the TV show Ishq-e-Benaam on Hum TV. He became even more famous after appearing on Coke Studio (Pakistan). Some of his well-known songs are "Yeh mumkin tou nahin", "Malang", "Baazi", "Rab Waaris", "Roye Roye", "Dhola", and "Badnamiyan".

Sahir Ali Bagga comes from a family of musicians. His father, Amjad Hussain, was a famous Pakistani music composer and drummer in the 1970s. Sahir learned music from the talented musicians in the family of Ustad Tafu. This strong musical background helped him start his own journey in music.
A Journey in Music
Sahir Ali Bagga began his career in the music industry as a drummer. Later, he joined a band called Jupiters. There, he met the singer Jawad Ahmad. Sahir composed music for Jawad Ahmad's album. This experience helped Sahir find his true calling in music.
The Pakistan Army also supported his career. They made him an official singer for the National Armed Forces. This was a big honor, following in the footsteps of the legendary singer Noor Jehan.
Early Success on TV
Sahir first became well-known for his work on a TV show called Virsa: Heritage Revived. This show aired from 2009 to 2010 on Pakistan Television. He created music for performances by famous singers like Shafqat Amanat Ali Khan, Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Azra Jehan, and Sanam Marvi. The show was very popular and helped him gain recognition.

Awards and Recognition
In 2020, the government of Pakistan honored Sahir Ali Bagga with the Pride of Performance Award. This award is one of the highest honors given in Pakistan. He received it for his music composition of "Bara Dushman Bana Phirta Hai". This was a march song released in December 2015. It was made by the Inter-Services Public Relations to remember the first anniversary of the sad 2014 Peshawar school massacre.
